Harassment: Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
Inappropriate Content: Publish, post, upload, distribute, or disseminate inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or unlawful content, names, materials, or information.

All payments are processed through an independent third-party service, and GoHighLevel Shop does not store payment information, such as credit card numbers. The Company is released from obligations if payment through available methods fails or is declined by the provider, and users will be responsible for any associated costs.
7.2. Subscriptions
GoHighLevel Shop offers HighLevel Tech Support Services through monthly subscription fees. Subscriptions commence on the day payment is received by the Company and automatically renew monthly on the same day. The payment method provided during purchase is charged automatically each month, unless users request a payment method update.
8. Refund Policy
At GoHighLevel Shop, customer satisfaction is paramount. We value our relationship with you and offer the option to return most products you purchase directly from us. Our refund policy is as follows:
8.1. GoHighLevel Shop’s HighLevel Tech Support
Purchases of a GoHighLevel Shop HighLevel Tech Support Subscription include a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our services, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are applicable to up to one month’s subscription, and your services will be terminated at the end of that month.
8.2. GoHighLevel Shop’s Ultimate Snapshots
Purchases of Ultimate Snapshots by GoHighLevel Shop are considered final and non-refundable after installation. Due to the nature of the product, uninstallation is not possible after installation. Therefore, refunds are not available after the snapshot link is sent or installed. However, users are eligible for a full refund and cancellation before the snapshot is sent.
8.3. GoHighLevel Shop’s Dashboard Customization Services
Purchases of GoHighLevel Shop’s Dashboard Customization are eligible for a full refund if you are dissatisfied with our services. You can request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
8.4. GoHighLevel Shop’s WhiteLabel Onboarding Services
For GoHighLevel Shop’s WhiteLabel Onboarding Services, if you are dissatisfied after the onboarding has been completed, you are eligible for a refund within 72 hours of the onboarding’s completion. The team will review your refund request, and approval or denial will be determined after a thorough investigation.
9. Materials Provided to GoHighLevel Shop or Posted on Its Website
At GoHighLevel Shop, we do not assert ownership over materials you provide to us or post, upload, input, or submit for review, whether as feedback, suggestions, or any other content (each referred to as a “Submission” and collectively as “Submissions”). However, when you post, upload, input, provide, or submit your Submission, you grant GoHighLevel Shop, its affiliated companies, and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses, including all GoHighLevel Shop Services. This permission includes the right to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your Submission. This Agreement can be terminated by either GoHighLevel Shop or User at any time. GoHighLevel Shop reserves the right to terminate User’s Account immediately if User’s conduct is deemed unacceptable or in the event of a breach of this Agreement, at the sole discretion of GoHighLevel Shop.
15. Miscellaneous
This Agreement, along with any operating rules established by GoHighLevel Shop for gohighlevelshop.com, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements on the same subject. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of your state/province, your country, without regard to conflict of laws rules. No waiver of any breach or default under this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Section headings are for convenience and have no legal significance.
